Curry Leaves Karam

Ingredients:
Dry Red Chilli-20 Peanuts-1/2 cup Cumin seeds-3 spoons White Sesame seeds-2 spoons Chana Dal-1/2 cup Tamarind-50 gms Oil-3 spoons Curry leaves-3 cups Rock salt-2 spoons

Procedure: Heat pan on medium flame, Add one spoon oil. Add dry red chillies and fry till colour changes. Transfer to plate and allow to cool down. In same pan, add peanuts and fry by adding oil. Add chana dal and cumin seeds fry well. Transfer to plate and allow them to cool down. In Same pan, add one more spoon oil,add curry leaves and fry until curry leaves becomes crispy. Transfer to plate and allow to cool down. In another pan, add sesame seeds and fry without adding oil. Fry sesame seeds until golden yellow color. Mix all ingredients one by one and make fine powder by adding tamarind and salt. Add curry leaves at last to get fine powder.

Serve hot with rice by adding ghee, tastes yummy and delicious. Curry leaves are healthy and helps in hair growth. Can be stored in airtight container for months.

Serve with hot rice, idli or dosa.
